For on-demand bookings, our professionals typically arrive within 60–90 minutes. Scheduled bookings can be arranged up to 7 days in advance at any time slot that works for you.
Yes! You can add multiple services to a single booking — for example, home cleaning + laundry. Our professionals are trained across categories so you don't need separate appointments.
Absolutely. You can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring bookings from the app. Recurring bookings get a priority slot and are often eligible for loyalty discounts.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the slot may incur a small fee.
Every professional goes through identity verification, police background checks, and a skills assessment before being listed on DOORO. We re-verify annually and act immediately on any complaints.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy, report it within 24 hours through the app and we'll re-do the service at no cost or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
