To delete your account, please submit your phone number associated with your DOORO mobile app account below or email info@withdooro.com with your request for account deletion.
We will respond promptly. User data including name, phone number, and address will be permanently deleted from our database within 7 business days.
What will be removed
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Saved addresses and booking history
- Payment methods and transaction records
- Reviews and app preferences
