About This Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Blum Cab Mobility Solutions Private Limited, operating the DOORO brand, uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, mobile software development kits ("SDKs") and similar technologies on https://www.withdooro.com/, the DOORO mobile application and related digital services.

This Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy. "Cookies" in this Policy includes similar browser and app technologies unless the context requires otherwise.

1

What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

A cookie is a small text file placed on a browser or device. Local storage stores information in the browser. Pixels and tags send information when a page or message is opened. SDKs are software components within a mobile app that support features such as analytics, maps, messaging, fraud prevention and advertising attribution.

Some technologies are set by DOORO (first-party), while others are set by vendors whose services are integrated into the Platform (third-party). Some expire when the browser session ends; others remain for a defined period unless deleted.

2

Why We Use These Technologies

We use them to operate and secure the Platform; remember language, city, login and booking preferences; maintain a cart or session; prevent fraud; measure performance and crashes; understand how features are used; improve navigation; attribute installs or campaigns; communicate with users; and, with appropriate consent, personalise marketing or advertising.

We do not use non-essential advertising or analytics technologies where consent is required unless the relevant consent has been provided.

3

Categories of Cookies and SDKs

Strictly Necessary: authentication, session continuity, load balancing, security, fraud prevention, payment flow, consent records and core booking functions. These cannot ordinarily be disabled through the preference centre because the Platform may not function without them.

Functional: language, saved preferences, accessibility settings, city, recently viewed services, chat and enhanced support features.

Analytics and Performance: page views, navigation paths, feature interaction, app crashes, load time, device or browser type, campaign source and aggregated usage. These help us improve reliability and service design.

Advertising and Attribution: campaign measurement, frequency control, referral attribution, audience measurement and relevant promotions. These may connect Platform activity with an advertising identifier or activity on another service where permitted and consented.

Communications and Social Media: embedded chat, messaging, video, social sharing or content features. The provider may receive device, browser and interaction information under its own privacy terms.

Payment, Maps and Security: payment tokenisation, address lookup, route estimation, bot detection, identity verification and risk scoring. Some are essential to a requested transaction.

4

Illustrative Technology Register

The exact names may change as providers update their software. Before publication, DOORO should maintain a live consent-management register identifying each active cookie or SDK, provider, purpose, category and duration.

Illustrative first-party entries: session identifier (session); consent preference (up to 12 months); language or city preference (up to 12 months); security or anti-forgery token (session or short-lived); booking-state token (session).

Illustrative vendor categories: cloud and content delivery; analytics; crash reporting; maps and geocoding; customer support or chat; payment processing such as Razorpay; app-store attribution; SMS, email, push or WhatsApp delivery; fraud and bot prevention.

Only technologies actually deployed should be listed in the public cookie table. Do not name a vendor merely because it is mentioned in this draft.

5

Consent and Preference Centre

On first visit, and when required thereafter, the website should display a banner allowing users to accept or reject non-essential categories without making rejection more difficult than acceptance. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where lawful.

You can change choices at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer. Withdrawal will apply prospectively. Previously collected data may be retained where lawfully required or converted to aggregated form.

The app should provide equivalent controls in Privacy or Settings where non-essential SDK consent is required.

6

Browser and Device Controls

Most browsers allow you to block, delete or restrict cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent login, address selection, payment and other core features.

Mobile devices may allow you to reset the advertising identifier, limit tracking, disable precise location, control notifications and manage app permissions. Uninstalling the app removes local app data but does not automatically delete the DOORO account or server records.

Private browsing may reduce local storage but does not make activity anonymous to the Platform, internet provider or other services.

7

Retention

Session technologies expire when the browser or app session ends. Persistent technologies are retained for the duration stated in the consent register, ordinarily no longer than necessary for their purpose. Consent records may be retained longer to demonstrate compliance.

Analytics identifiers should be shortened, rotated, aggregated or deleted according to configuration and legal requirements.

8

Third-Party Technologies

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy notices and may combine it with data from other services where you have authorised that activity. DOORO selects vendors based on purpose, security and compliance but does not control an independent third party's entire data ecosystem.

Links in a cookie register should direct users to each active provider's current privacy or opt-out information.

9

Do Not Track and Global Signals

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not universally standardised. Where a legally recognised consent or universal opt-out signal applies to the Platform, DOORO will honour it as required. Otherwise, use the Cookie Preference Centre for reliable control.

10

Children

The Platform is intended for adults. DOORO does not knowingly use advertising cookies to profile children. If a child's data is processed under parental authorisation for a service, tracking and behavioural advertising should remain disabled unless expressly permitted by law.

11

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy and the technology register when features, vendors or law change. Material changes will be communicated through the banner, Platform or another reasonable method. The updated date will be shown above.
